Eye protection is mandatory for both competitors and spectators, and even though airsoft is considered less dangerous than real firearms, all normal rules for firearm safety should apply in order to build good habits. The safety of all competitors, officials and spectators are always of the highest importance in competitions. Airsoft guns, like any other firearms, are kept unloaded until on the firing line under the direct supervision of a Range Officer, and can otherwise only be handled in designated safety areas. Safe muzzle directions, manipulations and all related firearms universal rules must always be respected. Any violations result in immediate disqualification from the competition or practice area.
